Being a member of the user experience team, I researched on improving system content and work flow of the stakeholders by structuring workshops, facilitating focus groups, and conducting interviews.
Projects: Welcome BC, HelloBC, Tourism BC, BC Magazine, Translink TravelSmart, Health Quality Ontario & Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.
Gender, age, and ethnicity were all taken into consideration when selecting participants for non-bias results.
Series of tasks were assigned to participants with specific outcomes. They were evaluated based on process, navigation, duration and, interaction.
Feedbacks were also collected through Interviews. This includes the accessibility of the interface, understandability of the content and visual language, interaction of the system, and any expectations.
After I consolidated and documented valuable feedbacks, data will be presented to clients and internal teams in professional reports with supplementary graphics and videos to illustrate both positive outcomes and areas that could be improved upon.
Detailed system content auditing and information architect are provided to showcase the level of interactions and content updates verification. Guides are also included to walk through the system for the clients.
